One of the highlights of the Hebrides is to be able to hear the now rare Corncrake.  If you are lucky you may hear these birds from Roag's End Cottage!

We support the RSPB's "I slept with corncrakes!" initiative.  Further information and a car sticker are available to guests.

Lewis has a wealth of bird life and golden eagles and sea eagles have been seen from the cottage.
